1. Introduction
We support protected whistleblowing in compliance with the Polish Whistleblower Protection Act of June 14, 2024 and EU Directive 2019/1937.
2. Reporting Channels
Internal reports: wb@quantumramp.io. External reports may be submitted to the Polish Ombudsman or relevant authority without prior internal reporting where permitted.
3. Protection
Retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited. Confidentiality is maintained throughout investigations.
4. Process
Reports are acknowledged within 7 days and assessed within 30 days (extendable to 90 for complex cases). Anonymous reports are accepted when sufficient detail is provided.
5. False Reports
Knowingly false reports may result in disciplinary or legal consequences.
