1. Overview
Users may request refunds of transaction charges under the conditions below. Refunds cannot exceed the original payment amount.
2. Eligibility
Submit refund requests within 48 hours to support@quantumramp.io with transaction details, reason, and supporting documents. Approval is not guaranteed.
3. Crypto Transactions
Blockchain transactions are generally final. Refunds are not available for incorrect wallet addresses or user error. Failed transactions will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.
4. Processing Time
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating chargebacks. Blockchain payments are final; chargeback rights depend on your payment instrument terms.
