This website is operated by QuantumRamp Demo Ltd. ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By using our services you agree to these Terms. 2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of restricted territories including the United States where prohibited. You confirm funds are from lawful sources and you are not subject to international sanctions.
3. Services
The Platform provides access to crypto on-ramp and off-ramp flows. Fiat card payments are processed through Quantum Processing (PCI DSS). Crypto delivery depends on network conditions and verification status. Exchange rates are obtained from external liquidity providers and may change before execution.
4. Account & Compliance
We may require identity verification and enhanced due diligence. Transaction limits apply based on risk profile. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for suspected fraud, AML concerns, or Terms violations.
5. Fees & Pricing
Fees and exchange rates are displayed before confirmation. Conversion fees may vary. You acknowledge market volatility and that final amounts may differ from initial quotes.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, fraud, or any unlawful activity. Circumventing compliance controls is prohibited.
7. Liability
Crypto assets are volatile. We do not provide investment advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses due to market movements, blockchain delays, or incorrect wallet addresses provided by you.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts after attempting informal resolution via support@quantumramp.io.
